FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  Indian Luncheon June 1, 2005 in Durango

Personal Chef, Margaret Martin, will prepare an Indian luncheon on June 1.  Margaret will share her planning techniques, recipes, cooking tips and food trivia just as she would in your home as your personal chef.  Sit back, watch and enjoy the cuisine as Margaret guides you on an exciting and fun Indian culinary experience of these delicious foods:

 

Indian-style Lemonade
with lime, maple syrup, ginger & cayenne
Spicy Indian Fried Nuts
Cashews, almonds & peanuts
Lamb Curry
Simple, mild & fragrant
Grilled Indian-spiced Roast Salmon
Fillets seasoned with a fragrant mélange of spices & herbs
Tandoori Murgh
Chicken tenderized in a spiced yogurt-based marinade, roasted then grilled
Kachoomber
Popular tomato salad
Kesar Pilau
Saffron & lemon sweet basmati rice with vegetables
Simple Indian Fruit Salad

$25 gift certificate for Margaret's personal chef service will be given to each luncheon attendee.  This luncheon is limited to ten people and will be held at 12803 CR 250, from 11am – 1:30pm Thursday, June 1.  The luncheon will be held outside, weather permitting.  Please contact Margaret if you would like to attend the Indian luncheon.
